Well the leaves are finally falling off the trees – after a lovely October! Perfect timing to announce a big “change” for ClientFirst Real Estate!
Bailey and I are so excited to share – that our real estate team is growing! With the addition of a new team member, we’re officially a team of THREE — each bringing our own strengths, experiences and perspectives to the table.
In this industry, it’s easy to focus on numbers or competition, but that’s never been what drives us!
For us, it’s about collaboration over comparison and support over profit. We believe that when you work with people — not just beside them — everyone wins.

Andrew worked with my husband Cliff, for years in construction. I got to know him and his wife – PLUS the parents along the way. I had the privilege of helping their family buy and sell homes. We always worked so well together. We became great friends!!!!! After Andrew and Taryn had their son Liam – they let me carry him as a tiny brand new baby – through all the homes we looked at (up and down all stairs) !!!!! That is TRUST!
Andrew came to me in 2023 and wanted to discuss becoming a realtor. I must have made it look so great over the years 😉
I knew he would BE AWESOME in the job! He has such a strong sales/service background – and I also believed his knowledge of homes (literally from the ground up!) would be a huge benefit to the role. I supported him – but was honest in saying – that we couldn’t work together at the time. Bailey and I had just started the team in 2022 – and that had to be my primary focus. I knew Bailey wanted to also get licensed. I knew that supporting/training her (then and in her future goals) PLUS giving my clients the level of service they deserved – HAD to be my first priority. *Fun Fact – I have never wanted to MANAGE people….I only want to help them in their own journeys!
So I gave him advice – and he joined a fantastic TEAM – run by people I knew and cared about. I knew he was a perfect fit there. He learned the job, excelled in the role, plus he supported Bailey and I often – when we needed that extra set of feet on the street! Well over the last 2 & 1/2 years, we have come to realize that we are now at a place and time, that makes sense to welcome him into our team.
As an equal. As a partner.

Andrew Szedlak is one of those people who puts his whole heart into everything he does. With 19 years of experience in construction and new home builds, he brings a rare level of knowledge and care to real estate. He doesn’t just see walls and square footage — he sees potential, quality and the future memories a family will make in a home.
What makes Andrew stand out isn’t just his expertise, though — it’s his character. He’s hardworking, honest and always goes the extra mile for his clients.
