I LOVE my first time home buyers. Helping them navigate through the process – and educating them on everything about the home itself – and the process involved…..there is literally NOTHING like buying your first home!
But then those first-time home buyers run out of space!!!! Or add people or pets to their families – and the current location no longer works for them. So, these move-up buyers are super fun to work with. Their needs have changed and often their budgets too! Schools, work, hobbies, dog parks become paramount! Plus I ADORE kids!
Eventually these buyers want to downsize…..they live in that perfect home for years and then all of a sudden – it is just too big! They want to travel, live a different lifestyle or free up some money for other things!
Sometimes my clients need help finding homes and solutions for their parents. Having the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation prepares me to work with these families and help them and find solutions – during what can be a challenging time.
I adore helping people moving to Calgary and area to find their perfect home! I am born and raised in this great city, and I LOVE it…so being a part of those life chapters for me is priceless. It is truly not just about finding these buyers a house……you need to find these clients a new community/family/place to call home!
Sometimes life changes…people split up and need to go their separate ways. I work with clients that divorce. I treat the situation with utmost respect and professionalism and get the job done to everyone’s satisfaction. On the flip side – sometimes people meet new partners – and need houses that can accommodate bigger / blended families!
Sometimes a job or a life event – means LEAVING Calgary…moving across the province, the country or the world. I have expertise in these areas as well and ensure my clients have all the facts about this type of move!
